How Nova Sleep Works


When the Nova-sleep machine (Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulator) is used to stimulate acupuncture points, it is called electronic acupuncture.

According to traditional Chinese medical literature, our bodies are covered in micro electric fields called Chi (life force energy), which is interwoven and channelled through acupuncture points.

In a healthy body, the Chi circulates smoothly; while in a sick, over stimulated or exhausted body, the Chi is weaker and even blocked. Therefore, traditionally, acupuncture practice through tiny needles is applied to stimulate these Chi gateways to restore the smooth circulation of Chi and recover the body to a healthy state.

In modern physiology, The Nova-sleep nerve (no needles) stimulating machine is used to conveniently stimulate specified acupuncture points to relax the body and mind, relieve stress, relieve tension, induce calmness and induce deep sleep - rendering the same insomnia relieving benefits of traditional acupuncture practice.

How it works:

Like acupuncture (but without the needles) the heart-beat-like-pulse of the small Nova-sleep machine moves along the meridian lines of the body - releasing energy blockages, tension, worry, over taxed thinking (mind chatter) and stress - it creates balance.

If your condition is chronic it will still work.

You attach the machine with small straps (supplied) to the areas I show in the instructions - after work while relaxing, watching TV etc for a few hours each night. You can even attach it and walk around. The more you use it the better the results. You can sleep with it on overnight, the more you use it the better and faster the result will be. There are no side affects.
